Stainless Steel 304 Channel contains around 18-20% Chromium and 8-10.5% Nickel, along with tiny proportions of Carbon (≤ 0.08%), Manganese, Silicon, Phosphorus, Sulfur, and Iron as the foundation. It has outstanding resistance to corrosion, formability, and strength. Mechanical properties are a Tensile Strength of ~515 MPa, Yield Strength of ~205 MPa, and Elongation of 40%. The material does not change its properties even at higher temperatures and also possesses good impact resistance, so it is ideal for harsh environments.
