Stainless Steel 310S Channel consists primarily of 24–26% Chromium and 19–22% Nickel, with low carbon (max 0.08%) for improved weldability. It also contains Manganese (≤2%), Silicon (≤1.5%), Phosphorus (≤0.045%), and Sulfur (≤0.03%). The tensile strength is 515 MPa, yield strength is 205 MPa, and elongation is 40%. It offers excellent creep resistance and strength at elevated temperatures, suitable for harsh thermal applications. The density is around 8.0 g/cm³, with toughness in most environments.
