Stainless Steel 202 is an austenitic alloy containing predominantly 17-19% chromium, 4-6% nickel, and 6-7% manganese, with minor proportions of carbon and nitrogen. It is usually found to possess tensile strength in the range of 515 MPa, yield strength in the range of 275 MPa, and elongation of up to 40%, with good toughness and formability.
