Nickel Alloy 200 Circles consist of a minimum of 99.5% pure nickel and trace amounts of iron (≤0.40%), manganese (≤0.35%), copper (≤0.25%), silicon, sulfur, and carbon. The commercially pure nickel alloy has superior mechanical properties like tensile strength of around 462 MPa, yield strength of 148 MPa, and high toughness and ductility. It also provides superior resistance in caustic alkalis, acids, and neutral salt environments. Nickel 200 adheres to mechanical stability over a broad temperature range and has superior thermal as well as electrical conductivity.
