Hastelloy C276 Circles are made up of mostly nickel, with substantial contents of molybdenum (15–17%), chromium (14.5–16.5%), iron (4–7%), and minute amounts of trace elements such as tungsten and cobalt. This chemical composition offers excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing and reducing environments. The alloy contains a tensile strength of around 690 MPa, a yield strength of about 283 MPa, and elongation of around 40%. Hastelloy C276 has its strength and integrity retained when subjected to high-temperature conditions and possesses excellent resistance to crevice corrosion, pitting, and stress-corrosion cracking, well-suited for harsh industrial conditions.
