Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT channels are nickel-iron-chromium alloys with excellent strength and oxidation and carburization resistance at elevated temperatures. These alloys have 30-35% nickel, 19-23% chromium, and 39-46% iron, with trace amounts of carbon, manganese, and silicon. Incoloy 800H contains greater carbon to provide greater creep resistance, and 800HT provides increased strength as a result of heat treatment. Tensile strength is 75 to 100 ksi, with excellent ductility and satisfactory resistance to thermal fatigue, used in high-stress applications at elevated temperatures.
