Titanium Circles consist mainly of commercially pure titanium or titanium alloys like Grade 2 or Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V). Grade 2 has more than 98% titanium, and tiny amounts of iron, oxygen, carbon, and nitrogen, with high corrosion resistance. Grade 5 contains 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium for increased strength. Mechanical properties are tensile strengths of 345 MPa (Grade 2) to 895 MPa (Grade 5), high fatigue strength, and low density (4.51 g/cm³) such that they find their application in lightweight but high-performance equipment in harsh environments.
