Commercially pure (≥99.0%) wrought nickel alloy, Nickel Alloy 200 contains trace amounts of iron (≤0.4%), manganese (≤0.35%), copper (≤0.25%), and carbon (≤0.15%). It has outstanding resistance to corrosion, especially in environments with neutral and alkaline salts. The alloy has an elongation of up to 45%, a yield strength of roughly 105 MPa, and a tensile strength of about 380 MPa. It is appropriate for both structural and functional applications due to its high electrical and thermal conductivity. Nickel 200 is dependable in a variety of high-performance applications because it retains its mechanical integrity over a broad temperature range.
