Hastelloy C22 Circles consist of nickel (about 56%), with chromium (20–22.5%), molybdenum (12.5–14.5%), iron (2–6%), cobalt (up to 2.5%), and trace amounts of tungsten, vanadium, and carbon. The alloy shows outstanding resistance to corrosion in oxidizing and reducing conditions. The mechanical properties are tensile strength of about 690 MPa and yield strength of about 310 MPa, with very good ductility and hardness of about 90 HRB. It has high structural integrity at high stress and temperature and is thus perfect for harsh chemical and industrial processes.
