Incoloy 800 / 800H / 800HT Angles are nickel-iron-chromium alloys having the following general composition: Nickel (30–35%), Chromium (19–23%), Iron (balance), with Carbon, Aluminum, and Titanium additions. These alloys have superior mechanical properties: tensile strength 520–600 MPa, yield strength 205–270 MPa, and elongation ≥30%. They have superior resistance to oxidation, carburization, and high-temperature corrosion. The 800H and 800HT grades have superior creep and stress rupture properties through controlled carbon content and heat treatment, making them ideal for high temperature use in service.
