Inconel Rings are essentially composed of nickel-chromium-based alloys like Inconel 600, 625, or 718. They usually consist of about 58–72% nickel, 14–23% chromium, and trace amounts of molybdenum, niobium, and iron. The alloy boasts remarkable tensile strength (up to 1,200 MPa), high yield strength, and superior resistance to thermal creep and corrosion. It retains structural integrity at temperatures above 1000°C and is thus well suited for high-heat applications. Inconel’s strength in mechanics and resistance to scaling and oxidation make it perform well under prolonged exposure to severe and elevated temperatures.
