Nickel Alloy 201 Sheets and Plates are mainly made up of 99.6% Nickel, with trace elements of Iron (≤0.4%), Manganese (≤0.35%), Copper (≤0.25%), and Silicon (≤0.35%). This low-carbon grade provides excellent caustic alkali and reducing chemicals resistance. Mechanical properties are tensile strength of 377 MPa (55 ksi), yield strength (0.2% offset) of 103 MPa (15 ksi), elongation of ≥50%, and Rockwell maximum hardness of B80. The alloy exhibits excellent mechanical properties at both high and cryogenic temperatures.
