Grade 60 provides tensile strength of 415–550 MPa, whereas Grade 70 offers 485–620 MPa. Both grades exhibit excellent notch toughness and weldability. These plates of boiler quality are normalized to perform better in high-temperature conditions, guaranteeing durability and structural integrity for pressure vessels and heat exchangers.
