Stainless Steel 316Ti is an austenitic alloy stabilized by titanium, comprising 16-18% chromium, 10-14% nickel, and 2-3% molybdenum. Titanium enhances intergranular corrosion resistance. Its tensile strength is approximately 515 MPa and yield strength is approximately 205 MPa, possessing superior toughness and ductility. It resists high temperatures and possesses greater creep and stress corrosion resistance than normal 316, making it mechanically robust under abrasive conditions.
