Stainless Steel 347 Foils are a type of stabilized austenitic stainless steel alloy primarily made of iron, containing 17–19% chromium, 9–13% nickel, along with small amounts of columbium (niobium) and tantalum. These stabilizers enhance resistance to intergranular corrosion, especially after welding or exposure to high temperatures. SS 347 showcases impressive mechanical strength, with a tensile strength around 515 MPa and a yield strength of about 205 MPa.
