Stainless Steel 410S Channel is a low carbon, non-hardening SS 410 variant with about 11.5–13.5% chromium content and very low carbon content (≤0.08%) to enhance weldability and minimize hardening risks. It has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance until 649°C. It has a tensile strength of 415 MPa (min), yield strength of 205 MPa (min), and elongation of 20% (min). Its Brinell hardness is approximately 183 HB. All these make SS 410S appropriate for moderately corrosive conditions and thermal cycling usage.
