Stainless Steel Angles are usually stocked in grades 304, 316, and 202. Grade 304 has around 18% chromium and 8% nickel, which provides good corrosion resistance and formability. Grade 316 contains molybdenum (2–3%) for added resistance in chloride conditions. Stainless steel angles usually have tensile strengths ranging from 500–750 MPa and yield strengths of 200–300 MPa based on the grade. They possess good weldability, hardness, and high-temperature properties, which make them appropriate for structural and industrial use where long-lasting and corrosion-resistant parts are needed.
