Titanium Grade 2 Sheets and Plates consist of 99.2% pure titanium, with small amounts of iron (≤0.3%), oxygen (≤0.25%), carbon (≤0.08%), nitrogen (≤0.03%), and hydrogen (≤0.015%). This commercially pure titanium alloy is known for its excellent corrosion resistance and moderate strength, boasting a tensile strength of around 345 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and an elongation of about 20%. With a density of 4.51 g/cm³ and a melting point close to 1665°C, it offers good ductility, weldability, and formability for a wide range of structural and industrial applications.
